He has worked for some major antivirus & security companies and founded a security consulting company in 2000. Mr. J Prasanna, CEO , Antivirus & Security labs (AVS Labs) has been interviewed by several TV channels on cyber safety and security. He has published his articles n Deccan Herald, The Hindu - Businessline & NASSCOM security intiative website.

· Has done technical risk assessment/security consulting for corporate like ilabs, Accenture, Rediff, NASSCOM, BSNL VSAT center to name a few.
· He has also done security consulting on behalf of certification bodies.
· His company consults for on antivirus companies in marketing, training,support, competition aspects.
· Helped various government agencies involved in National Security matters in India in developing tools & technologies.
· Consult & help law enforcement agency track Cyber Criminals.
· Have discovered vulnerabilities and fixed them for some of the major portals, banking websites, large corporate websites like hdfc bank, RBI, sify.
